Created a website. I was think of also posting any art outside of music on it. The lull I’m in right now doesn’t solely affect my music creation, It’ll hopefully give me the confidence to post whatever else I make.

I worked for a bit on my jazzy swing piece, fixing up the baseline. I’ve ran into a problem with that piece, there’s no soul, it’s empty. This really shows itself when I tried to map out a call with some woodwinds to be followed up by a response by some brass. The notes felt too rigid.

I took my mind off of it and made a funky little rhythm in the C major scale to better understand scales.

I made a drum machine Fx that makes cymbals sound like screams. I think I could be use to make some atmospheric horror type stuff.

I mostly played around with some of the midi instruments, definitely going try to do something legitimate on my personal computer.
